Weight Training Concepts and Applications

Content 

This introductory course covers basic concepts to help beginners develop training routines to suit their goals.  Basic muscle anatomy, weight training terminology, goal setting, frequency of exercise, routine structuring and intensity of exercise are all examined.

  • How hard should you train and what are some of the sensations you should be feeling when you are working out.
